• Account Information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and password (hashed).
• Meta Business Data: Business Manager IDs, ad account IDs, ad spend, campaign performance metrics, and partner BM relationships — accessed only with your explicit consent via Meta's official Graph API.
• Financial Information: deposit amounts, mobile banking transaction IDs (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and wallet balances. We do not store full payment card details.
• Usage Data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process deposits, top-ups, and ad account assignments.
• To communicate with you about transactions, updates, and customer support.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues.

4. Use of Meta Platform Data

We access Meta Business and ad account data strictly through the official Meta Graph API using permissions you grant. We use this data only to:

• Share ad accounts with partner Business Managers at your request.
• Automate top-ups and budget management you have explicitly enabled.

We do not sell, rent, or share your Meta data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. We comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to perform the actions you initiate (e.g. ad account share, top-up).
• Service providers — hosting, database, and analytics vendors bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal authorities — when required by Bangladeshi law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes. Meta access tokens are revoked immediately upon disconnection.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure database hosting with row-level security, hashed passwords, and restricted access controls. However, no system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Disconnect your Meta account at any time from the dashboard.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
